Please read these terms and conditions which govern the booking and use of Surrey Veterinary Physio consultations (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) by you.
- We require more than 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of treatment time may incur a 50% fee.
- Surrey Veterinary Physio reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed to be either inappropriate, unethical or unsafe.
- All consultations must be paid for at the time of treatment, at present, we are unable to accept direct claims via insurance policies. Receipts will be issued for you to later submit to your insurance company but it is your responsibility to confirm with your insurers beforehand that your claim is being accepted by them and that any physiotherapy costs will be reimbursed to you.
- Laser therapy packages can only be used by animals within the same household.
- Laser therapy packages are sold in ‘treatments of 10’ at the start of treatment, if you choose to end your pet’s treatment before this, refunds will not be given unless there is a medical reason why treatment cannot continue.
- Veterinary referral forms must be completed before any treatment goes ahead.
- If your pet has any undiagnosed conditions that your vet has not detected, treatments may exacerbate these.
- You must inform us of any changes to your pet’s veterinary status or medication since the start of treatment so we can take this into consideration when booking consultations for and treating your pet.
- Please specify to a member of staff if you do not wish for photo or video footage of your pet to be used on our social media channels.
